Siser® Sparkle™ is a solid colour (or clear) vinyl that has silver or gold sparkles. It has a soft touch and a smooth surface and can be layered. Application can be made to a wide variety of materials including, T-shirts, hoodies and sweat pants, as well as shoes, belts and hats. As a CPSIA certified vinyl, it is safe to use on clothing for children.

Siser® Sparkle™ HTV - Clear
This stuff is amazing. I bought to try and do sublimation on it and it worked the way on I wanted it too.
