ORACAL® 651 is a 2.5 mil thick, matte vinyl with excellent stability and very good cutting and application characteristics. It has a solvent based permanent adhesive. This vinyl is ideal for outdoor applications because it is waterproof and weather resistant. It has many applications such as windows, car decals, signs, stencils and scrapbooking.
ORACAL® 651 vinyl is easy to apply both indoors and outdoors. Just use our CraftTac application tape to pull your design from the vinyl’s backing and place it onto a hard, smooth surface.
